General description
Spider reels (wire carrier) are used to collect the wire after the drawing process on the multipass drawing machine for the production of wild wire coils.
Spider reels (wire carrier) can fit on different types of static coiler – dead-block, having different dimensions and loading capacities.
These reels are used to feed other machines for internal wire transformation processes, such for instance mesh lines, straightening machines, chain, spring and nails machines.
The final product applications are normally annealed wire, fencing mesh, spring wire, nails, galvanized wire, for industrial and agricultural market.
